Measure
and mark installation location of railing posts. |

Drill
3” diameter x 4” deep core in concrete for each post location. |
| 3. |
If
escutcheons are being installed, slide them onto the posts at this time and secure them with
tape away from base. |

Fully
insert rail or ladder into holes and make sure it is properly aligned and level. |
| LADDER BUMPERS MUST REST SQUARELY AGAINST POOL WALL FACE. |
| 5. |
Insert
small wedges (i.e., wood) around top of opening
to secure in place. |
| 6. |
Fill
hole half way with grout. Re-check for
alignment then wait for grout to set. |
| 7. |
Once
grout has set, remove the wedges and finish filling the hole with grout. |
| 8. |
Lower
escutcheons to cover grout perimeter. |

TWO overlapping 3” diameter cores in concrete to a depth of 4-1/4” – 4-1/2” for each anchor
socket location as shown on above template and as illustrated below. DO NOT MAKE HOLES LARGER
THAN NECESSARY OR ESCUTCHEONS MAY NOT COVER ENTIRE GROUTED AREA. |

over hole in base cover of anchor socket. |

Attach
and firmly seat anchor socket(s) to Saftron P-JIG-L or P-JIG-RTD Jig, and tighten bolt (or use any
other method to ensure proper alignment). |

OPTIONAL:IF INSTALLING STEEL RAILS THAT REQUIRE
GROUNDING (Saftron Rails are non-conductive and do not require
Grounding/Bonding): |

Attach grounding/bonding wire to connection terminal on side of anchor socket between washers, then tighten bolt. |

Place
Anchor Socket(s) in grout holes. Re-check position and alignment. Secure in
place with wood wedges. |

Fill
void around anchor socket(s) with grout. |
| 9. |
Once
grout has fully cured, remove jig, insert rail or ladder, and securely tighten
fastening bolt. |

floor panel and SB-3 bases with Allen key, and place in pool. |

Attach
SB-3 bases to deck surface in desired location using included lag-bolts and
washers. (A pilot hole may be required for some decks). |
